What's included in my hourly rate?
Movers, a truck, all blankets, straps, and equipment needed for the job. No hidden fees for fuel, stairs, or heavy items.
Do you require a deposit?
$100 holds your date — fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule 7+ days out. No questions asked.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — 2 hours. Most moves run longer, but that's the floor.
What if my move takes longer than expected?
Your hourly rate doesn't change. Billed in 15-minute increments. No overtime multipliers, no surprise surcharges.
Are you licensed and insured?

What if something gets damaged?

Do you move on weekends?
Seven days a week, including holidays. Weekend slots fill up first.
How far in advance should I book?
2–3 weeks is ideal. End-of-month and weekend slots in peak season (May–Sept) go fast.
Do I have to be there for the move?
Yes — someone 18+ needs to be at pickup and dropoff for the walkthrough and sign-off. Most customers are there anyway, and it takes about 5 minutes.
